With the status of Amari Odom and Dexter Williams II in question, we will be scouting three Kennesaw State quarterbacks in preparation of the Bulldogs’ Thursday night clash with the Owls.

For his efforts, Odom has earned a 76.6 PFF grade through 208 snaps this season.

Let’s take a deeper dive into his numbers.

Dexter Williams II

After losing his starting job to Odom, Williams II has earned a 44.5 PFF grade through 111 snaps this season.

Let’s take a deeper dive into his numbers.

Passing Numbers by Level

At LOS or Behind | 6/8 (75%) for 15 yards, 0 TDs & 0 INTs

Tommy Ulatowski

Ulatowski has only attempted 5 passes in 2025, but was the last quarterback to take the field for Kennesaw State after Odom exited the game versus MTSU. As Kent State’s primary starter last season, Ulatowski threw for 1,358 yards with 15 passing touchdowns and 8 interceptions on a 46% completion percentage.

Who Will Start?

Former Indiana and Georgia Southern QB Dexter Williams II began the season as the starter, but was drastically outshined and eventually beaten out by Wofford transfer Amari Odom. As a redshirt sophomore, Odom has fueled the Owls’ up-tempo offense with consistent accuracy and great mobility at 6’4. After the bye week, Kennesaw State head coach Jerry Mack has stated that both quarterbacks are still banged up, opening the door for Tommy Ulatowski to start his first game for the Owls. If Odom or Williams II are able to play, it will be interesting to see if their effectiveness is severely hampered. Regardless of who starts, expect several targets and carries to go to star receiver Gabriel Benyard. The slot weapon leads the offense with 22 receptions for 363 yards and 3 touchdowns.
