Former Texas Tech Infielder Raegan Jennings commits to UNC

After making an impact on Texas Tech’s Women’s College World Series run, Raegan Jennings will be continuing her career at North Carolina.
Jennings was a part-time starter for the Red Raiders each of the last two seasons. Texas Tech head coach Gerry Glasco said she could start, but that she’s an ‘All-American type pinch-hitter’ as she delivered time and time again in key moments.

She hit .398 in 88 at-bats this season. Jennings earned an All-Big 12 Freshman Team after slashing .327/.469/.367 with 37 hits, eight doubles, two home runs, and 21 RBIs in 2024.
