The coming week could be pivotal for several former Oregon Ducks as the NFL Combine in Indianapolis gets underway.

A total of seven Ducks — quarterback Bo Nix, running back Bucky Irving, receiver Troy Franklin, offensive lineman Jackson Powers-Johnson, defensive lineman Brandon Dorlus, cornerback Khyree Jackson, and safety Evan Williams — have received combine invites and are expected to participate.

According to Chris Trapasso of CBS, at least four of those players are very much in the mix to be selected in the first two rounds of the draft.

Trapasso projects that Powers-Johnson go No. 21 overall to the Miami Dolphins. Later in the first round, he’s got Nix (Arizona Cardinals, No. 27 overall) and Franklin (Buffalo Bills, No. 28 overall) going back-to-back.

In the second round, Trapasso projects that Dorlus will go No. 47 overall to the New York Giants, where he would reunite with former Oregon teammate Kayvon Thibodeaux.
