Boccanfuso has made a name for herself in the Athletic Mercado organization, helping them to the PGF National Championships. She carried a heavy load this summer in California during the 16U Premier title run.
The pitcher from Palos Verdes High School overcomes her shorter stature with her very good dropball. She competes and rises in the tough moments. Boccanfuso has the ability to change planes with her movement. Her pitches are deceptive and have the ability to hit spots in any count.
